A 9.5 mile run down the Colorado River with a 2-3 mph current running with you (no white water). Race starts at River Lodge, just below Parker Dam on the California side and finishes at the Blue Water Resort & Casino on the Arizona side.

This unique event is for OC1, OC2, SUP, Paddle board, Surf Ski and any other human powered watercraft!

NAC Hovie SUP Race Elite Race Boards Size 12'6" or 14"

We are looking to condense the money class in the NAC Hovie SUP festival Race next April 16th to one board size. Doing this we can offer a larger cash prize with the signing of a top sponsor. It will run a 6 mile race inside the harbor for the cash. We are still 50/50 on doing a distance race as well... What i need to kind out, racing 6 miles, what would the ideal board size be? 12'6" or 14'

Hovie SUP has great results at "Battle of the Paddle"

Hovie SUP had a great showing at "Battle of the Paddle" 2010. Pretty nice showing for their first ever SUP race.
