HAL ROSOFF CLASSIC 2010 – come join Hovie SUP as we host Billy’s Jr. SUP Rodeo on the beach at the Newport Aquatic’s Center Hal Rosoff Classic 2010 on Feb. 6^th 2010. Hovie SUP will be coaching SUP demos as well as running the Jr Races. Registration opens at 7:00am the morning of the event, with awards, raffles, and yummy soups to follow. Hovie SUP signs Gillian Gibree to Race Team

Hovie SUP is proud to announce it has signed a sponsorship agreement with world class water person Gillian Gibree to head its Women’s SUP race team. Gillian has a Bachelor of Science: Sport Business Management degree and has works in sports commentary with fuel TV, Media Spokesperson, Surf Instructor, and Marketing Assistant for Surf Diva in LA Jolla CA… Gillian will be hitting the Women’s SUP race schedule hard for the rest of 2010. Gillian as also signed a sponsorship agreement with Quick Blade Paddles…

SUP Race: SUP Tandem Race: 2 persons on a SUP together paddle on a 300 yd triangle race course, one lap / Beach sign up / Race starts at 11:45.

Food served at 12 noon Awards ceremony / 1PM Raffle drawing / 1:30PM
